Bringing the creative community together to celebrate

To celebrate the LA culture that shaped us, we produced WestwoodWestwood Week -  a multi-day music and event series that championed local creatives and iconoclasts. Over the course of a week, we hosted nine distinct events that showcased the best of LA youth culture across Los Angeles with partners including Sweetgreen, Red Bull, Peroni, Shake Shack, Boxed Water and Adobe. Highlights included an Italian Affair hosted by Pia (Arrobio) Baroncini at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood where Jon & Vinny’s baked up fresh pizzas in their mobile oven and Pizzaslime designed an exclusive t-shirt; a beach clean up with the Surfrider Foundation on Venice Beach followed by Shake Shack burgers at House Beer HQ; a panel with Ludwig Goransson, Steffi Kerson and Zarna Surti at Soho House, in which each creative discussed their unconventional personal journey; and the launch of Sweetgreen and La Brea Farmers Market with a performance by Haim. The week wrapped up with a major ‘giving back’ moment to the youth of Los Angeles as Mikey Alfred co-hosted an open skate run at The Berrics in DTLA.  Over 1,000 kids showed up with their skateboards and enjoyed free burgers from Burgerlords.
